Taking on a new position, I was charged with merging three departments (social services, senior services, and behavioral health) into one department of Human Services for a municipality. As an intern in my final year of Masters of Social Work studies, I worked for Chrissy as she led the Quality Improvement/Program Development department at a major local non-profit organization.
